When Jack and I envisioned our wedding, we searched for someone who could hold a sacred space that was spiritual but not religious. It was more difficult than expected. In the end, I wrote the entire ceremony myself, crafting each word to reflect the essence of our love and the joy of our union.

Our dear friend, Sachi stepped forward as celebrant, bringing her own radiant presence and loving energy to the ceremony. With grace and beautiful flourishes of her own, she delivered the words and spirit of the service in a way that moved every heart in the room.

Just a week before our wedding, I had a one-to-one session with my meditation teacher of 18 years. In that quiet and sacred space, she shared an intuition: that I might soon be called to this work myself – to stand for others as they step into sacred union. Her words landed with quiet certainty. This offering is my response to that call.

As a mindfulness expert, keynote speaker, and retreat leader, I bring a depth of presence and clarity to every ceremony. My approach is grounded in the principles of secular spirituality – honouring the sacred without prescribing belief, and inviting a sense of the divine through presence rather than doctrine. I work with couples who want their love to be the heart of the ceremony – expressed not through performance, but through presence. Many couples find it difficult to articulate their spirituality. That’s why I guide you to show rather than tell – to stand in the energy of your fullness.

I incorporate visualisation practices to help you attune to the type of service that feels right. We then shape it together – blending intention with inspiration, poetry with stillness, ritual with resonance.

As a proud gay man, I am of course always honoured to offer this work to LGBTQ+ couples seeking ceremonies that reflect the depth, joy, and beauty of their love.

Each ceremony is bespoke, tailored to your vision and desires. A minimum of two online sessions are included – one to visualise and co-create the tone, structure and spirit of your ceremony, and another to rehearse the flow in advance of the in-person rehearsal.
